Shelf Ready Packaging and Merchandising

Retail ready packaging refers to product that is delivered to a retailer in a ready-to-sell fashion.  RRP defines forms of packaging that are designed to maxiimise the speed of shelf replenishment within the store.  Five distinct forms of packaging have been identified: replenishment ready packaging; shelf ready packaging; display ready packaging/pallets; infrastructure/hardware; and not ready.
