2018 Future Leaders Forum

The Trading Partner Forum hosted over 170 delegates at The Future Leaders Forum (FLF) in Sydney on 20 September 2018.  The FLF was a unique program designed for high potential young leaders and experienced managers who want to build the future of the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and supermarket retail industry within Australia.  

It delivered insights from thought leaders on strategy and leadership; exposed delegates to the latest trends; created new and long lasting contacts in the industry; and helped develop a collaborative manufacturer-retailer relationship.

The program tackled big issues, such as how technology can be used to drive positive change; how putting the consumer at the centre of decision making creates joint value; how the long term sustainability of our industry is a combined responsibility; and how the leaders of today and tomorrow need to drive the agenda.
